While the primary responsibility of employment rests with the graduate, the Career Center provides active support in helping both students and graduates initiate their careers.

Placement services include:

• Advertising part-time jobs for current students
• Advertising full-time jobs for graduates
• Arranging on-campus interviews with employers
• Hosting the annual job fair attended by approximately 175 employers
• Advertising job leads on the internet for graduates seeking employment.
• Providing Internet access in the Career Center to job seekers as well as the use of fax and phone to job hunt and PC's available to all students/graduates without log-in identification.
• Providing personal assistance to job seekers including job development, cover letter/resume development, interviewing skills, etc.

	St. Cloud Technical College partners with the St. Cloud WorkForce Center to assist students and graduates to find employment throughout the State of Minnesota
	The Career Center has selected MonsterTrak.com as the recommended site for students to place their résumé on-line. MonsterTrak is the largest job listing and résumé database for college students and alumni. Employers wanting to search for St. Cloud Technical College students/graduates on the Internet will be referred to this site. Use the link button at left to connect to MonsterTrak.
